3 Teens Charged With Burglary, Trespassing In Maplewood

Maplewood police apprehended three teens after they were spotted trespassing on driveways and entering a vehicle, authorities said.

MAPLEWOOD, NJ — Maplewood police apprehended three teenagers after they were allegedly spotted trespassing on driveways and illegally entering a vehicle last week, authorities announced Friday.

According to the Maplewood Police Department, detectives saw three juvenile males – two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old – walking down different driveways on Ridgewood Terrace on Oct. 4. The juveniles were taken into custody after they entered a vehicle.

Police charged the teens with burglary and criminal trespass, authorities said.
