Holiday Tree Lighting Set For Saturday In Maplewood, With Refreshments
Donuts, cocoa, music, and photos with seasonal characters will accompany a tree lighting in Maplewood this weekend.
MAPLEWOOD, NJ — Want to add a little more holiday cheer to your weekend in Maplewood? The Springfield Avenue Partnership has scheduled a tree lighting among their holiday events this weekend. All ages are invited, they say.
"Enjoy pictures with your favorite characters, donuts and hot chocolate, music and merriment!" they noted.
They will also be collecting canned food items for donation to the Maplewood Community Fridge.

The holiday tree lighting and related events will take place Saturday, Dec. 10 from 4-6 p.m. at the Springfield Avenue Gazebo, 1688 Springfield Avenue.
