• Lighting the Hanukkah Candles (tapinto.net) — Maplewood residents and local rabbis from Maplewood and South Orange gathered for a well-attended third-night Hanukkah candle lighting, complete with food, music, and community connection. Speakers, including Rabbi Sholom Bogomilsky, reflected on the holiday’s meaning and recent tragedy, before Mayor Nancy Adams and others helped light the menorah and continue the evening’s celebration.
