Frank Lautenberg.Booker won by a landslide in Essex County with 77 percent of the vote. Lonegan garnered 21 percent of the vote and the other six lesser-known candidates each received a fraction of a percent.Maplewood reflected those numbers with 86 percent going to Booker and 13 percent going to Lonegan and again, a fraction of a percent to the other candidates.Maplewood had a slightly higher voter turnout than Essex County overall, with 34 percent of voters turning out to the polls. The voter turnout in Essex County was 23.59 percent.The unofficial results from the Township of Maplewood are:<ul><li>Booker: 4093</li><li>Lonegan: 619</li><li>Olivera: 3</li><li>Meissner: 2</li><li>Sabas: 3</li><li>Stackhouse: 6</li><li>LaVergne: 0</li><li>DePaquale: 7 </li></ul>
