Man Robbed Walking Through Chyzowych Field In Maplewood: Police
Three men robbed a victim as he was walking in Maplewood, authorities said.
MAPLEWOOD, NJ — Three men robbed a victim as he was walking through Chyzowych Field in Maplewood last week, authorities announced Friday.
According to the Maplewood Police Department, officers responded to West Parker Avenue at 1:17 p.m. on Oct. 13 after getting a report about a robbery in the area.
Police said the robbery took place as a man was walking through Chyzowych Field. Three men approached him, and one of them demanded that the victim hand over his phone. After snatching it away, the men got into a red SUV and left the scene.

The victim wasn’t injured, police said.
