Two Free Concerts In Maplewood This Weekend

MAPLEWOOD, NJ — If you want to soothe yourself with the sound of live music this weekend, you've got two opportunities to do so in Maplewood.

This Saturday, Sept. 10, guitarist Courtney Sappington will perform live music from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The concert will take place at Maplewood Village (map).

"Bring a chair or blanket, order some takeout, and enjoy music on the street in Maplewood Village!" said the Maplewood Village organizers.

Then, on Sunday, you can enjoy Tycoon Dog at Maplewood Memorial Park.

The concert takes place at Maplewood Memorial Park from 3-5 p.m. (map)

"A free concert of family-friendly music touching on rock, blues, reggae, funk, pop, soul, and hillbilly country. Tycoon Dog’s music is positive and fun for folks of all ages!" said the organization.
