JCP&L is encouraging customers to report any downed wires to JCP&L or their local police or fire department. Customers should never go near a downed power line. Customers are also reminded to never attempt to remove trees or tree limbs from power lines.

Customers can also obtain a summary of any current outages affecting their town by clicking on the "MyTown" link on the JCP&L 24/7 Power Center outage maps page. The MyTown pages can be accessed at www.firstenergycorp.com/mytown. Customers may also report power outages on smartphone devices.
