Samantha C. Miller, 30, of Morganville, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous substance after she was allegedly found to have six wax paper folds of a powered substance believed to be heroin, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
She was charged at 9 a.m. Jan. 1 with bail set at $5,000.
