TOMS RIVER, NJ — A Matawan man who secretly recorded videos of female victims — including a teenager — in a Brick Township home and posted them to pornographic websites has been sentenced to nine years in prison, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor.
Michael P. Mattina, 59, of Matawan, was sentenced Friday by Ocean County Superior Court Judge Guy Ryan. The five-year prison sentence includes five years of parole ineligibility, the prosecutor's office said.
Ryan also sentenced Mattina to four years in prison on a charge of invasion of privacy, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said. The sentences will run consecutively, authorities said.

Mattina pled guilty to both charges before Ryan on July 22, 2024.
Investigators found Mattina had hidden a camera in the bathroom of the home and used it to record six female victims, one who was 16, authorities said. He then posted the videos to two adult websites, where users view pornography.
