Aberdeen Hosts Yoga In The Park Every Saturday In July
The beginner-friendly yoga sessions take place from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
ABERDEEN, NJ — Improve you physical and mental well-being while spending time outdoors this summer.
The township is hosting Yoga in the Parks from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. every Saturday this month at Ross Field, located at Cliffwood Avenue and Lenox Road. The classes are beginner friendly and taught by a staff member from Elevate Yoga and Wellness.
The classes will help participants connect their movement and breathing, as well as help with mediation. They will be held on July 17, 24, and 31, and cost $15 for residents, and $18 for non-residents.

Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat and towel, and dress appropriately for the weather. To register, click here.
