Book Sale, Food Drive on Tap This Weekend

Library used book sale begins at 10 a.m. Saturday

Spruce up that book collection on the cheap this weekend, thanks to a used book sale at Matawan-Aberdeen’s library.

Entry to the sale, which is sponsored by the Friends of the Matawan-Aberdeen Public Library, begins at 10 a.m. Saturday and has no entry fee. A preview costing $5 will be held from 9 to 10 a.m.

Also this weekend, the About You Chiropractic and Yoga Suite will hold a drive for the Monmouth County Food Bank.

Donations, which should be non-perishable boxed or canned food and drink products, can be dropped off between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday at the center’s 245 Main St., Suite 2M location.
