Downed Power Lines Closes Section of Church Street in Aberdeen

A section of Church Street between Lloyd Road and Line Road is closed due to downed power lines caused by a car accident Thursday night, according to Aberdeen Chief of Police John Powers.

JCP&L is en route to fix the lines, Powers said. It is unknown at this time when the street will reopen. A detour is set up and police are currently in the area to help direct traffic.
