Several Matawan Regional sports teams are scheduled to take to the field Friday.The girls varsity field hockey team will travel to Arthur L. Johnson High School in Clark to participate in a 4 p.m. tournament, according to the Shore Conference calendar.Also at 4 p.m., the boys varsity soccer team will travel to Point Pleasant Beach to take on the borough's high school squad.To cap off the night, the Huskies varsity football team will host Long Branch under the lights for a 7 p.m. home game, according to the Shore Conference calendar. Matawan Regional has a 4-2 record.
