High School Opens Doors to Incoming Students Next Week
Current seventh and eight grade students invited to attend open house

Students in the classes of 2018 and 2019 are invited to learn about the opportunities available to them at Matawan-Aberdeen Regional High School.
Academic, athletic and extracurricular programs will be shared by educators during the Tuesday, Oct. 29 program in the high school auditorium.
Students currently in grades seven and eight are invited to attend, according to a letter sent to parents by Principal Michele Ruscavage.
"This is an exciting and challenging time for you and your child," she writes in the correspondence. "We encourage you to make every effort to attend this orientation program."
A separate program acquainting students with the district's Performing Arts, Business and Biomedical career academies will be held on Thursday, Nov. 21. Academy applications will be available following that presentation, according to Ruscavage.
