Together, Maczuga and the Board went through a development regulations ordinance put together by Maczuga that outlined guidelines on what a future builder would be able to build on the property. Some decisions made by the Board, which will be included in the next draft of the ordinance, include requiring storage space in each unit, requiring the design of the structure to match the historic character of the town, and allowing the maximum height of a structure to be five stories or less.
