Bivalent Booster Shots Now At Old Bridge, Raritan Bay Medical Centers
The new bivalent booster provides a better protection against the widely circulating omicron variant, said Hackensack Meridian.
OLD BRIDGE, NJ — Old Bridge Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center, both owned by Hackensack Meridian, announced Monday they are one of the first healthcare centers in the area to have the latest coronavirus bivalent booster shots.
Both Old Bridge Medical Center and Raritan Bay have now begun scheduling patients for the updated boosters, which are now available for people ages 12 and older.
The new bivalent booster provides a better protection against the widely circulating omicron variant, said the healthcare system.
