9 Miles Of Mendham, Chester Roads Targeted For Repaving In 2019
25 miles of roads in 23 different Morris County towns will be repaved this year.

CHESTER, NJ — The annual list of county roadway projects has been released, and Mendham Borough and the Chesters will have three major roads repaved.
North Road / Dover Chester Road in Chester Township and Randolph is the longest stretch of road set to be paved, with the 4.4 miles between 182 North Road and Sussex Turnpike on the list.
East Mill Road / Washington Turnpike / West Main Street will be paved between East Valley Brook Road and Route 206, in a span that crosses the border of Washington Township and goes through the Chesters.

Bernardsville Road / Hilltop Road will be paved between County Line Road and Main Street in Mendham Borough; that stretch is 2.4 miles long.
Across the county, 25 miles of roads in 23 different towns will be paved. Work is expected to start in April and proceed as weather permits.

These county projects are in addition to any state or local projects on deck for 2019.
