MENDHAM, NJ — The Mendham Township Police Department announced on Thursday charges have been filed against an unidentified Hackettstown man for DWI and assault by auto, for a head-on collision. Though the crash on Route 24 near Ralston Engine Company No 1's building was on May 17, police said the driver was just charged following an investigation of the accident. The Mendham Police Department didn't release many details of that <a href="https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=1115567282182270&amp;id=138940963178245" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">investigation</a>, but said though there were injuries to those involved, they were only minor.
