Erratic Driver Flashed Gun On I-80, State Police Say
Police say the New York man pointed a gun at another driver on the highway.

ROXBURY, NJ — A New York man was arrested after police say he pulled up next to another driver and flashed a gun on I-80 in Morris County, New Jersey State Police said.
David Fonseca, 27, of Rochester, N.Y., was arrested on I-80 in Roxbury Township on Feb. 15, police said. According to police, Fonseca was driving "erratically," and pulled up next to another driver and pointed a handgun at him. The other driver called 911, police said.
Fonseca was stopped by police near milepost 32.3; police say they found a .32 caliber revolver inside Fonseca's truck.

He was charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and aggravated assault, police said. He was lodged in the Morris County jail with an upcoming hearing.
