Four Teens Charged In Car Theft: Mendham Boro Police
The teens led police on a short chase before being arrested, police said.

MENDHAM, NJ — Four teenagers were charged with stealing a car in Mendham Borough last week, Mendham Borough police said.
Police say the boys, two of whom were 14 and two of whom were 15, stole a car from an Adams Place home just after midnight on Aug. 19. The Newark teens were first pulled over in Mendham Township when they were found tailgating another stolen car, police said.
The teens led police on a short chase on Route 24, but the driver pulled over on his own in Morris Township, police said.

All four boys were charged with theft of movable property and taken to the Morris County Juvenile Detention Center with an upcoming court date.
