Labor Day Carnival Coming Back To Mendham
The Mendham Pastime Club Annual Carnival is scheduled for Sept. 3-6 with "Big One" 50/50 tickets on sale to benefit youth sports and clubs.
MENDHAM, NJ — The Mendham Pastime Club Annual Labor Day Carnival is coming back on Friday, Sept. 3 to Mendham Borough Park, after a year hiatus with an alternate celebration in 2020 because of COVID.
Running through Labor Day, rides, games, food, prizes and fireworks are part of the fun.
The Pastime Club which hosts it, has traditionally first coordinated the carnival each year on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. In past celebrations, they’ve also had a parade on Labor Day that proceeds on Main Street until Borough Field, with the carnival continuing throughout the day on Monday too, until the sun goes down. On Labor Day night, “The Big One” 50/50 raffle drawing usually happens around 9:15 p.m., followed by a fireworks show.
