MENDHAM, NJ — A Califon man was arrested after allegedly driving intoxicated in a school zone, Mendham Borough police said.Timothy Duffy, 63, was arrested Thursday evening after another driver called police to report an erratic driver on Route 24, police said. Duffy was charged with DWI, DWI in a school zone, reckless driving, and failure to maintain lane. Duffy's Mercedes Benz was impounded, and he was released with an upcoming court date.
