Milling And Paving Begins Monday July 19 In Chester Township

There will be no on-street parking allowed on the roads that are being worked on, when milling and paving takes place.

CHESTER, NJ — A dozen streets in Chester Township are scheduled for milling and paving on Monday, with road work expected to last for a few days after it starts.

The schedule, however, could be delayed because of the weather. Should there be weather delays, Superintendent Craig Reiner of Chester Township’s Department of Public Works said residents can watch www.chestertownship.org for updates.

  • East Fox Chase Road
  • Cliffwood Road
  • Cooper Lane
  • Mile Drive
  • Robinson Lane
  • Parks Lane
  • Francis Lane
  • Cora Lane
  • Burnett Drive
  • Deer Court
  • Locust Lane
  • Rock Spring Road

Landscaping contractors and deliveries won’t be allowed on the streets the days they’re being milled and paved; and residents may experience delays leaving from or returning to their homes, said Reiner.

“Please allow extra time to get to and from your residence,” Reiner said.
