Reassessment Webinar For Mendham Township Residents This Tuesday

The reassessment webinar is on July 27 at 6 p.m. Inspections for reassessments are starting in Mendham Township on Wednesday, July 28.

MENDHAM, NJ — Mendham Township residents can learn more about the property reassessment process during a webinar coming up on Tuesday, July 27.

The webinar, which begins at 6 p.m. that night, will include a presentation plus question and answer session.

Mendham Township was directed by the Morris County Board of Taxation to do a Complete Reassessment Program; and has enlisted Associated Appraisal Group to conduct the reassessment.

The reassessment process will begin with an inspection starting this coming Wednesday, July 28. An inspector will come Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, according to Associated Appraisal Group. If homeowners are not there, the inspector will leave a card with a date the inspector expects to return. If it’s not convenient, then the homeowner can call for an appointment.
