Drone footage shows no place in town was unaffected by more than two feet of snowfall.
CHESTER, N.J. - A nice blanketing of snowfall can really be quite beautiful. And taking a look at it from a few hundred feet above ground is even more amazing.
Randy Hemmel of Sky High Pics is at it again, and created an aerial video of what Chester looked like after the blizzard of 2016.
