$355K In Seafood Stolen From Middlesex County Warehouse Lot
Something seemed fishy when warehouse employees reported a tractor trailer holding $355K worth of frozen seafood went missing last week:

MIDDLESEX BORO, NJ — A tractor trailer that held $355,000 worth of frozen seafood was stolen from an industrial part of Middlesex borough last week.
This was first reported in the most recent Middlesex borough police blotter (Aug. 27 - Sept. 11).
The tractor trailer was parked in a warehouse area on Smalley Avenue and it was stolen overnight last Wednesday. At 4:07 a.m. Thursday, employees called Middlesex Police to report the tractor trailer had been stolen, saying it contained "a significant amount of seafood."

"The tractor trailer was stolen from the property of 5 Smalley Avenue," said Middlesex borough Police. "The seafood in the trailer was frozen shrimp and was set to be delivered to the Costco in Monroe. No arrests have been made at this time."
Police say a total of four shipping containers in the same yard were forcibly entered that night, however, nothing was taken from the other three. No arrests have been made.
