MIDDLESEX, NJ — Released by Middlesex borough police on Oct. 6, here are all of last month's arrests:
September 19 at 7:53 P.M. – Christina M. Zaleski, 39, of Middlesex was arrested and charged with DWI following a welfare check that was conducted in the area of Stout Avenue and Emerson Avenue. Officer Bryan Rodrigues investigated.
September 20 at 4:48 P.M. – A resident of Bound Brook reported Internet fraud. After completing an application for an apartment listed for rent in Middlesex, the victim reported she was later contacted through text messages by an individual claiming to be the property owner. The victim reported she then made an appointment to tour the apartment and paid both an application fee and a security deposit. After doing so, she realized she had been scammed. The reported loss was $1,140. Officer Jamie Marczak and Officer Christopher Colon investigated.

September 20 at 8:28 P.M. – Francisco Enriquez, 34, of Bound Brook was arrested and charged with DWI following a motor vehicle crash in the area of Harris Avenue and Hooker Street. Officer Paul Cerreto and Officer Christian Dulin investigated.
September 21 at 12:20 A.M. - A resident of Voorhees Avenue reported a motor vehicle burglary. The resident reported that while the burglary was in progress, he yelled at the suspects, who then fled the area. Nothing was reportedly stolen from the vehicle, which was unlocked and unattended at the time of the incident. Officer James Morley investigated.

September 21 at 5:21 A.M. – An employee of Petroleum 19, 145 River Road reported an overnight burglary at the business. It was determined that the suspect(s) smashed an office window and removed cash. Officer James Morley and Detective Sergeant Daniel McCue are investigating.
September 22 at 6:26 P.M. – A resident of Fairview Avenue reported that a juvenile damaged his vehicle. The juvenile was identified and turned over to a guardian. Officer Richard Szymczak investigated.
September 23 at 9:30 A.M. – A resident of Greenbrook Road reported the theft of a package from his front porch. The reported loss was $330. Officer Jamie Marczak and Officer Christopher Colon investigated.
September 25 at 1:08 A.M. – Elvin O. Lopez-Mejia, 30, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with DWI following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Warrenville Road and Anne Street. Officer Bryan Rodrigues investigated.
As is the case with all defendants, charges are merely accusations and they are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
