The driver of this sports car was taken to Bayshore Hospital for medical attention by Middletown Township First Aid & Rescue Squad Tuesday night after crashing into a pole at the commuter parking lot off Route 36, at Wilson Avenue in Middletown, according to the spokesperson for the township's Emergency Medical Service, Bob Pfleger.
A dog that was in the car was not injured, Pfleger said.
