Bicyclist Hit By Car Friday Morning In Middletown
The driver that hit him, a 25-year-old Middletown man, remained on the scene and cooperated with police.
MIDDLETOWN, NJ — A man riding a bicycle on Navesink River Road was hit by a car Friday morning, announced Middletown Police.
The man was hit at approximately 10:40 a.m.; he was hit in or near the intersection of Locust Point Road and Navesink River Road.
He sustained significant, but non-life-threatening injuries and was flown via medivac to Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, which is the area's certified trauma hospital.

The man riding the bike is 42 years old and from Brielle.
