Meditation is more than just relaxation — it’s a powerful practice shown to lower blood pressure, reduce stress, ease anxiety, improve sleep, and support overall well-being. This winter series offers a warm, supportive space to pause, breathe, and tend to your inner well-being during the colder months.
Each week we’ll gather for a 60-minute class with guided relaxation, group discussion, and simple mindfulness practices. All levels of experience are welcome, and chairs are provided.
Location: The Boathouse Studio (2nd floor), 34 Shrewsbury Ave. Red Bank, NJ 07701 Free parking in parking lot. Class is held on the 2nd floor of the building and is a breathtaking space with gorgeous views!
Class Dates: Thursdays at 9am January 15th through March 26th
(no class on March 12th)
Payment: $120 for 10-class series (can be adjusted for missed dates)
