Delays On Rt. 35 South From Middletown Into Red Bank
This is because of emergency roadwork being done Monday morning by the Molly Pitcher Inn. Avoid the area until 6 p.m, say police.
RED BANK, NJ — Expect delays on Rt. 35 south from Middletown into Red Bank, as well as West Front Street into Red Bank due to emergency road work by the Molly Pitcher Inn, Middletown Police said in a Nixle alert sent at 10:42 a.m. Monday.
"Expect delays on Rt. 35-S as well as West Front Street into Red Bank due to emergency road work in Red Bank borough by Molly Pitcher Inn," said Middletown Police.
There is heavy traffic in that area Monday morning; avoid Rt. 35 in that area, warned Middletown Police.

Middletown Police said they did not know what the emergency roadwork is by the Molly Pitcher Inn; only that it's some type of roadwork.
"Detours are set up and work is expected to go until approximately 6:00 p.m. Please plan alternate routes and avoid the area if possible."
