Final Days to Register for Power & Pride Strength & Speed Camp
A local summer training camp for 6th–8th graders is helping young athletes build strength, speed, and confidence before high school.

Hi neighbors,
My name is Marc Rosamilia, and I’m the head strength and conditioning coach at Middletown North High School. I’m also a licensed educator, a parent, and someone who cares deeply about how we prepare our kids, not just for sports, but for life.
Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of high school athletes. And one thing I’ve always noticed? Many of them show up to high school talented, motivated, and ready to compete, but without the foundation they need to really succeed. They’ve never been taught how to move properly. They’ve never had a chance to build real strength or coordination in a safe, structured way.

That’s why I created Power & Pride Strength & Speed Camp—a summer program designed specifically for middle school athletes (grades 6–8) right here in Middletown.
The goal is simple:
✅ Teach movement skills and mechanics the right way
✅ Build strength, speed, and body awareness
✅ Help kids feel more confident, coordinated, and prepared before high school starts
✅ Create a fun, supportive, age-appropriate training environment

Every week of camp includes the whole foundation, so whether a child comes for 1 week or all 3, they’ll get the same quality coaching and experience. The camp runs July 7–25 at Middletown North High School, and families can choose 1-, 2-, or 3-week options depending on what works with their summer schedule.
We’ve already had a great response from local families, and I’d love to welcome more young athletes before Early Bird Pricing closes on Thursday, May 15.

Thanks for supporting youth development in our community. I truly believe middle school is the best time to lay the groundwork—and I’m excited to help our kids do just that this summer.
