Gap Factory Store, Ross Dress For Less Coming To Middletown

Both will open at the former Middletown Bed Bath & Beyond space in the Middletown Marketplace shopping center. But their opening is far off:

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — A Gap Factory store and a Ross Dress for Less are coming to Middletown.

Both stores will open in the former Middletown Bed Bath & Beyond space in the Middletown Marketplace shopping center on Rt. 35 at New Monmouth Road, confirmed Mayor Tony Perry Tuesday morning.

This is the shopping center where Livoti's Old World Market is located, plus the Middletown Applebee's and Hole Lot of Bagels.

This was first reported in the Asbury Park Press, but confirmed by the town mayor.

The Bed, Bath & Beyond space will be divided into two to fit the two new clothing stores. However, the opening for both is far off:

The Ross Dress for Less will open in the fall of 2025, the APP reported.

The Gap Factory store will not open until the summer of 2026.
