MIDDLETOWN, NJ — A Just Salad will open in Middletown later this fall.
The Just Salad will open in the Kings Commons shopping center (1500 Rt. 35), which is home to the Middletown ShopRite, Booskerdoo coffee shop and bakery, Nicholas Creamery ice cream and Rosie's Pizza, among other businesses.
Its opening was first reported by the Asbury Park Press, but Just Salad also announced its new store opening here on its website.

The company did not give an exact opening date; the Asbury Park Press reported it would open in the fourth quarter of 2025.
