Who's running in local races:

For Middletown Township Committee, choose two:

• Rick Hibell (R) Official Candidate Monmouth County Republican Organization
• Kevin M. Settembrino (R) Official Candidate Monmouth County Republican Organization
• Shawn Wallach (D) Monmouth County Democrats
• Jeremy Seideman (D) Monmouth County Democrats

For Middletown school board, choose three:

• James G. Dobis Transparency and Accountability
• Christopher J. Aveta Students, Parents, Taxpayers Ran unsuccessfully for the school board before, in 2015.
• James Cody Students, Parents, Taxpayers Cody served on the Board before, was elected to the Middletown school board in 2011.
• Sara Weinstein Students, Parents, Taxpayers Ran unsuccessfully for Middletown school board in 2024; running again. She ran that year with Kate Farley and Farley lost her seat on the board last year in that election.
• Current Board member Leonora E. Lacqua-Caminiti She has been on the board for multiple terms now, and ran last time with Fitzgerald.
• Current Board member Joseph Fitzgerald, Putting Education First (Fitzgerald is currently fighting criminal charges of illegal gun possession)
