Middletown Police Blotter: Arrests for Drug Possession, Weapons, Assalt

Middletown Police made arrests during the week of August 1 to August 5 for narcotics possession, assault, and weapon possession.

Middletown Police report the following arrests:

August 1, 2014

Patrolman Nicholas Haines was on patrol in the area of Highway 35 when he observed a vehicle commit a motor vehicle violation. The officer conducted a motor vehicle stop at which point he observed drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. Officer Haines conducted a further investigation which resulted in the recovery of the drug paraphernalia, a bag of heroin and the arrest of Lauren Dosil, age 24, from Twinbrooks Avenue in Middletown,

Officers conducted a further search incident to the arrest at which point they located 23 bags of heroin, crack cocaine, and further drug paraphernalia. Dosil was charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Crack Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe. She was also issued motor vehicle summonses for Failing to Exhibit Documents, Unsafe Lane Change and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle. She was released after posting $5,000.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Dawn Lynch, age 42, from Bellezza Court in Keansburg, was arrested by Patrolman Brain McGrogan for Disorderly Conduct and Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. She was released pending a court date.

Jaclyn Cerreta, age 33, from Euclid Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested by Patrolman Jason Troshane for Disorderly Conduct. She was released pending a court date.

Tracey Rosenberger, age 44, from Seabreeze Avenue in Middletown, was arrested by Patrolman Kent Thornton for Disorderly Conduct, Simple Assault, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose. She was released after posting $5,000.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Eric Sharp, age 63, from Bunns Lane in Woodbridge, was arrested by Patrolman Brady Carr on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Freehold Municipal Court. He was held on $507.00 bail.

Samantha Eastmond, age 20, from Sears Avenue in Navesink, was arrested on August 5, 2014 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Howell Municipal Court. She was released after posting $164.00 bail.
