Middletown Puts 8 P.M. Curfew In Place On Oct. 30, 31

Teens and pre-teens under 18 are not allowed to be out on Middletown streets without a parent or guardian after 8 p.m. both nights.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Halloween is here, and Middletown reminds residents that a Halloween curfew will be in place Wednesday and Thursday nights this week, Oct. 30 and 31.

Teenagers and pre-teens under the age of 18 are not allowed to be out on Middletown streets without a parent or guardian after 8 p.m. both nights. They have to be with a guardian if they are out.

Middletown Police will be stopping groups of minors and teens if they see them out Wednesday and Thursday nights without a parent or guardian. Teens will be stopped and have their parents called to pick them up.
