Middletown Woman is Among 3 NJ Finalists in the Famous $1Million Pillsbury Bake-Off

Middletown resident Mimi Chang is among three New Jersey residents who are finalists in the famous Pillsbury Bake-Off.

According to NJ.com, the $1 million prize is the largest purse in competitive cooking.

Chang will be looking to impress judges with her “chai-glazed cinnamon waffles”. She is competing alongside Amy Siegel of Clifton, and Kim Van Dunk of Caldwell. The three New Jersey finalists are among 100 chosen from 32 states to compete for the $1 million grand prize and eight other special awards featuring products from the competition’s sponsors.
