Middletown Woman Caught in Red Bank With Coke, Crack, Marijuana, Ecstasy, and Several Other Types of Pills
The Middletown resident, 21, was found to be in possession of several types of narcotics on August 12.

Katherine Vega-Estrada, 21, of Middletown was arrested in Red Bank on August 12 for the possession of amphetamine pills, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.
At 6:38, Red Bank officers investigating in the area of Locust Avenue found probable cause to search the defendant and found her to be in possession of several different types of narcotics and paraphernalia. Vega-Estrada had in her possession seven 30 mg amphetamine pills and seven 20 mg dextroamphetamine pills in an unlabeled prescription bottle. The defendant also had eight 2 mg alprazolam pills in a plastic bag. Vega-Estrada was also found to be in possession of two bags of marijuana, a burnt cigar containing suspected marijuana, and paraphernalia in the form of a marijuana grinder.
Further investigation revealed the defendant to also have in her possession several individual plastic bags of suspected cocaine; one bag with six “rock-like” objects suspected to be crack cocaine; and three pills in a metal tin container suspected to be ecstasy pills

Vega-Estrada was brought to Monmouth County Correctional Institute with bail set at $10,000 by Judge William Himelman. A first court appearance has been scheduled for August 14.
