Obituary: Mary Gerhardt, 85, of Middletown

Mary S. Gerhardt, 85, of Middletown, NJ, died on August 31, 2013 at Arnold Walter Nursing Home in Holmdel. She was born on September 3, 1923 in Elizabeth, NJ. Her greatest joy was being able to be with her great-grandchildren.

Surviving are her two daughters and sons-in-law, Gail  and Gregory Arek, and Barbara and Ron Cordeiro; her five grandchildren, Jodi, Kayce, Ronny, Jeffrey, and Kristen; and her six great-grandchildren, Madison, James, Jack, McKenzie, Sydney, and Sayler. 

Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years, William Gerhardt.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 from 5 to 8 pm at the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services will be private.
