• Magnolia Oaks Subdivision For Adults With Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Proposed For Middletown (patch.com) — Middletown officials are weighing a proposed Magnolia Oaks subdivision on Middletown-Lincroft Road that would include two supervised homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities alongside six market-rate houses. The 11.8-acre former estate would be subdivided into 10 lots, preserve some woodland, and gain a new cul-de-sac street, while the Planning Board continues reviewing key questions about deed restrictions and future use.
