MIDDLETOWN, NJ — To have some fun on the upcoming Memorial Day weekend, Ross Brewing Co. in Belford is hosting a patriotic-themed dessert contest Sunday.

Bring your best homemade dessert to the new brewery (they just opened last month) at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 28. There will be some local judges to test each dessert.

No idea what the baker of the winning dessert receives, but most likely a free beer.
