Power & Pride Strength & Speed Camp Brings Pro-Level Reaction Training to Middletown
Local strength coach introduces cutting-edge BlazePods technology help middle school athletes build speed and decision-making.
Middletown, NJ — Local athletes are getting a unique opportunity this summer as Power & Pride Strength & Speed Camp introduces BlazePods Reaction Intelligence Training—a cutting-edge system used by professional athletes worldwide to improve reaction time, cognitive speed, and on-field decision-making.
Power & Pride, led by Middletown High School North Strength & Conditioning Coach Marc Rosamilia and Coach Convey, is the only youth training program in the area using this technology with middle school athletes. It’s a major step forward in providing next-level resources to young athletes right here in our community.
“This is all about giving our athletes an edge,” said Coach Rosamilia. “BlazePods are clinically proven to improve reaction speed and help athletes make quicker decisions in real-time situations. We’re excited to bring this to our middle schoolers—it’s fun, it’s challenging, and it builds skills that matter in every sport.”

In addition to offering cutting-edge training, the camp is Middletown’s most important weight room fundraiser, directly supporting the school’s football program and long-term strength development.
“Getting stronger earlier matters,” Rosamilia emphasized. “The more we can build strength and movement skills in middle school, the better prepared our athletes will be when they step onto the field as freshmen.”

Power & Pride Strength & Speed Camp starts July 7th and offers flexible one-, two-, or three-week options. The camp focuses on building proper technique, improving speed and strength, and helping young athletes develop confidence on and off the field.
