Once the pile is complete, it is bagged, labeled and wrapped by volunteers for delivery on December 18.
According to the RAINE Foundation Facebook page, there are over 400 families in need from the Bayshore area on the list, most with multiple children.

RAINE volunteers will be wrapping holiday gifts in the gym of the former Holy Family School at 910 Route 36 in Hazlet between 6 and 10 p.m. on weeknights. The gifts have been donated to the RAINE Foundation by families, businesses and “Secret Santas” for Bayshore-area children.
The Foundation is looking for volunteers to help with the wrap-a-thon. Volunteers are asked to bring their own wrapping paper, scissors, tape and tags. Students can also receive community service hour credits.
If you are a business that would like to put out a container to collect for the toy drive, or a benefactor who would like to fulfill a child’s wish, private message the Foundation through the RAINE Facebook page.
The RAINE Foundation will be updating their Facebook page daily with updates on this special holiday event.
