There Will Be A DWI Checkpoint Friday Night In Monmouth County

MONMOUTH BEACH, NJ — The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will hold a DWI checkpoint this weekend in Monmouth Beach, announced Allenhurst Police Chief Michael Schneider, the Monmouth County DWI Task Force coordinator.
The checkpoint will run from 9 p.m. on Friday, August 1 to 1 a.m. Saturday. It will be held on Ocean Avenue in Monmouth Beach.
All southbound vehicles on Ocean Avenue will be diverted into the parking lot of the Monmouth Beach Cultural Center, where all drivers will be screened for their sobriety.
