Yup, A Shake Shack Is Coming To Middletown
The Moe's Southwest Grill in Middletown Plaza quietly closed in the last few weeks of 2023, and a Shake Shack is moving in.
MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Moe's Southwest Grill on Rt. 35 in Middletown (1449 Rt. 35, in Middletown Plaza) quietly closed in the last few weeks of 2023.
And a Shake Shack plans to move into their former location. A media representative from Shake Shack confirmed the news to Patch on Friday.
"Shake Shack will be opening a location in Middletown in 2024," said spokeswoman Kate DeMarco.

She said they do not have an opening date yet, but it will be sometime in 2024.
There is also currently a Shake Shack under construction in Freehold Township, according to the Asbury Park Press.
