MILLBURN, NJ — Millburn Township’s oldest civic organization, The Short Hills Association, will host a forum for the 2025 Millburn Township Committee candidates on Friday, Sept. 26.

The forum will take place at 7 p.m. at the Education Center, 434 Millburn Avenue. Light refreshments will be provided.

According to a news release from the association:

“This year, four candidates are vying for two seats on the five-member township committee. The Republican Party nominees are Jamie Serruto, previously a member of the Millburn Board of Education, and Kris Heinrichs, currently president of the Millburn Board of Education. The Democratic Party nominees are Annette Romano, who is currently serving on the township committee as mayor, and Michael Cohen, now serving as deputy mayor on the township committee.”

The association will also stream the event on its YouTube page.
