The Downtown Millburn Development Alliance presented the organization's 2013 budget at this week's Township Committee meeting, Tuesday Feb. 5.  The DMDA's current president, Gina Colabelli, and past president, John Buchholz, <a href="http://www.northjersey.com/news/190072991_Downtown_Millburn_budget__fees_discussed.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">presented a project budget close to last year's at $265,928</a>, according to the Millburn-Short Hills Item.  Committeeman Thomas McDermott noted the DMDA saved $65,000 because of a reorganization, the Item reported.  Sidewalk sweeping and maintenance went up to $15,000 from last year's $3,750. A final DMDA budget will be presented with a public hearing at the March 5 Committee meeting.
