Junior League Promises Fun, Fundraising with 'Little Black Dress'

The Junior League of the Oranges and Short Hills will host Little Black Dress, a ladies’ night out involving entertainment, fun and fundraising, on Friday, Feb. 28, at The Hilton Short Hills.

"This is our 2nd year hosting Little Black Dress," said JLOSH President Sara D’Andrea. "The Little Black Dress is a wonderful way for ladies to have fun, while contributing to a worthy cause" 

"For this JLOSH year, we have already assembled 300 breakfast bags for students, hosted Kids for Kids, a day of service attended by over 200 young and old volunteers, stocked up school nurses’ pantries, provided over 300 Thanksgiving baskets and other community service. All of these would not have been possible without fundraising," D'Andrea said.

More than 200 JLOSH members and friends are expected to attend the event. The evening will include music, hors d'oeuvres, a luxury tricky tray auction and a big-win raffle. Proceeds from Little Black Dress will support JLOSH’s community service efforts in local communities. Tickets can be purchased online at www.jlosh.org.
