Meet the Board of Ed, Express Concerns at Open Forum
The Millburn community is invited to share their concerns about the school district at an upcoming open forum at Millburn Middle School.

Members of the Millburn community will have the opportunity to voice their concerns on the school budget, long term planning, and other key issues at the Board of Education’s upcoming open forum.
The Millburn Township Board of Education will hold its eighth annual Open Forum, A Conversation with Dr. Crisfield and the Board, on Sunday, Feb. from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Millburn Middle School Auditorium.
All are invited to meet the new members of the Board of Education, and take advantage of this opportunity to ask questions and get answers about the school budget and other school issues, Millburn Public Schools Coordinator Nancy Dries stated.

As this is not a formal business meeting, the forum allows for a more informal give and take between the Board and members of the public.
The forum is the perfect opportunity to get to know members of the Board and the Administration, and learn about issues that may not be discussed in depth at regular Board meetings. The informal setting is intended to provide an opportunity for thoughtful dialogue on a variety of topics.

Attendees are encouraged to bring ideas and comments on the school budget, long-term planning and other priorities. Please note that the new date of Feb. 1 is a change of date and venue from the originally scheduled date of Sunday, Jan. 25 at the Millburn Public Library.
“To submit questions in advance, please e-mail them to webmaster@millburn.org, with “Forum Questions” in the subject line,” Dries said. “We will try to include as many as possible.”
For more information on the forum, call Nancy Dries, Communications Coordinator at 973-376-3600, x163.
